SHAPE run wasnt that bad.. My colleagues and i went for the 5km run.. my first 5km! lol. Not sure of my exact timing but its ard 30mins+ yah.. =P The only irritating part was the massive crowd which fail to realise that there are people running and they like to block the way. (walking slowly in groups, taking photos!) rawr. An 'ang mo' shouted 'fuck, move off!'. kinda cool but not really polite.. guess she was pissed... other than that, i enjoyed my first run and am looking forward to the nike one come 31 august.. donated to WWF. =)
my right eye is really sick.. there's a virus according to the eye specialist. Dr Chan is really very nice. and so happened that he's a friend of my ex-chairman. hope the antibiotics works.. need to drop it into my eye for 1 whole week.. gona see him again 2week's time.. am startin to wear glasses more often cus of my asthics. kinda giddy actually.
am looking for more gym partners.. anyone interested pls let me know..
